By submitting your claim, you acknowledge you have received your Homeowners Manual and acknowledge that you read thoroughly before submitting the Warranty Request and Claim Form.

Please be advised that the home warranty provided with the purchase of your home governs our obligations for warranty repairs. All warranty claims are to be submitted using this form.

Once you submit your claim,


I. Greencity Development Warranty Department Administrator will review your warranty request submission. The CD property coordinator will provide you with the applicable warranty standard matched to your specific request including non-covered item(5).


II. Once your warranty request is approved, covered item(5) are scheduled and GCD Property Coordinator will update you accordingly.


III. Until all covered repairs are completed, CD property coordinator will retain all documentation and correspondence related to your warranty requests for the remainder of the homeowner warranty.

Warranty service appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays).
