Filing a claim is now easier than ever!

You can now file a claim from the comfort of your home & on the go while using your mobile device.

Follow the steps below to begin.

Step One: Create Your Account

Upon purchasing a home from Greencity Homes, you will receive an email with a link + your username and temporary password. Follow the link provided via the email & fill out the required information to activate your account.

 

If you’ve lost or forgotten your login credentials, or you never received a personal invitation code, please contact a Greecity Homes at

warranty@greencitydev.us.

Step Two: Logging In

Click the "File Your Claim" button provided below & then enter your login credentials. Upon logging in you will be directed to your home owner portal.

 

The home owner portal is where you will file warranty claims directly with Greencity Homes.

If you are having issues logging in please contact Greencity Homes at warranty@greencitydev.us.

Step Three: Create a Claim

 

Inside of the home owner portal:

• Select the tab that reads "Warranty" on the top navigation bar.


• Next select "New Claim"


• Provide a detailed description of the warranty request & add any photos if necessary.


• Click the "Save" button at the top of your warranty request.

• Upon clicking save a Greencity Homes warranty claims representative is notified of your request & will begin working on your claim.

You can expect to hear from one of our representatives to discuss your claim & schedule a repair.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

 

Warranty service appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays).
